What You'll Do
- Develop & Implement models for high-frequency and low-latency trading strategies
- Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and tradeable opportunities
- Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to integrate models into live systems
- Backtest & Validate strategies with rigorous statistical analysis
- Research & Apply advanced mathematical techniques to enhance performance
- Monitor live markets to adapt and optimize models in real time
- Communicate insights by translating complex concepts for technical and non-technical teams
Who You Are
- PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, stochastic processes, and numerical methods
- Skilled in Python (required); familiarity with C++ or R is a plus
- Experienced in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
- Exceptional problem-solver with a creative, analytical mindset
- Strong communicator and team player in high-performance environments
- Integrity-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
